Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Ginsora will cover the return shipping costs.

For returns due to a change of mind or other customer-related reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled but may still qualify for a return under this policy.
